Learning Lead
The Learning Lead will play a key role in the development, management, and delivery of educational content through the College’s Learning Management System (LMS).
This role involves course design and content creation, ensuring that courses for registrants and applicants align with the College’s regulatory documents and organizational goals. Additionally, the Learning Lead will review the results of registrant competence assessments and inspections, draft recommendations, and work with the Competence Committee as necessary.

Assessment and Inspection Lead
The Assessment and Inspection Lead plays a key role within the College by overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of assessments and inspections.
This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting contract inspectors and assessors, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of registrant assessment and inspection processes, and fostering effective communication between the College, registrants, and contractors. The lead will also ensure that the processes are continually evaluated so that assessments and inspections deliver meaningful, accurate results.
